What the fee covers

The PKR 500 submission fee covers the editorial processing and review of one story submission. It is a review fee, not a purchase of publication.

Non-refundable cases

The fee is non-refundable once review has begun. This includes submissions that are declined, withdrawn by the submitter, or edited and not published for editorial reasons.

When a refund is possible

A refund is issued if the same fee is paid twice for one submission, or if we are unable to review the submission at all. Requests must be raised within 14 days of payment, with the transaction reference used at submission.

How refunds are processed

Approved refunds are returned to the same JazzCash or EasyPaisa number the payment came from, normally within 7 to 10 working days.
