What we collect

When you submit a story we collect your name, profession, location, the contact details you provide, your story and achievements, your profile image, your payment method, transaction reference and payment proof.

How we use it

This information is used only to review and verify your submission, prepare it for possible publication, and answer you about it. We do not sell your data or use it for advertising.

What stays private

Contact details, payment proofs, transaction references, internal review notes and unpublished images are private to authorised editors. Only the story content and images you agreed to publish appear on the site once approved.

Storage and security

Submissions and uploaded files are stored in private, access-controlled storage. Uploads are limited to JPEG, PNG or WebP images up to 2 MB and are validated on our servers.

Your choices

You may request a copy, correction or withdrawal of your submission before publication, and removal of a published story afterwards, through the contact channel shared with you during review.
